Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I find the right size?
A: Check our Size Guide for full measurements. If you're between sizes or need help, drop us a message at info@furyon.com.

Q: Do your uniforms shrink after washing?
A: Minimal shrinkage. Our gis are pre-shrunk and made from easy-care fabrics — just follow the care instructions provided with each product.

Shipping & Orders

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we ship only within the UK currently. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Delivery (tracked):
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. (including order processing).  We use Yodel for this service. 

Express Delivery (Next day tracked):
Next business day delivery, if your order is placed before 12:00 midday (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day, and delivered the subsequent working day.   We use DPD for this service.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Gear must be in original condition with tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for martial arts clubs or retailers?

A: Customization is available for bulk orders. Reach out to discuss options and minimum quantities.
